Homecoming gig – Leeds, December 2007
Si, Tom and Rosie kept loosely in touch over the years; and then in 2006 the loosely started to tighten up, and the rest is history. The plan was to have a one-off gig timed to coincide with the release of the Trinity EP. But the audience response then, and afterwards, was astonishing... so they were persuaded to keep going.
Importantly, the three original members have never stopped performing, writing, recording and being creative since The March Violets' demise in 1986. So it was natural that when they hooked up there would be a lot of new songs itching to be written. It's exciting to come back together after 25 years apart... there are still things to say.
